Shipping Policy

Free Shipping (U.S.+ Canada)

  • We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $125+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax and shipping).
  • Free shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. only.
  • Exceptions: oversized/heavy items (e.g., large framed wall art), bulk/wholesale quantities, remote/rural addresses, and special handling items may not qualify. If an item is excluded, we’ll note it on the product page and/or at checkout.

Processing Times

  • Made-to-order / print-on-demand items: Typically 5–8 business days to produce before shipping.
  • Orders placed after 12pm ET, on weekends, or on U.S. and Canadian holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times & Carriers

  • Standard U.S. delivery: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch depending on destination..
  • We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on destination and best available service.
  • Expedited options (when available) appear at checkout with real-time rates.

Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

Shipping Rates (Below $125)

  • For U.S. orders under $125, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

International Shipping

  • No International Shipping yet -US and Canada ONLY. We plan to ship to select countries in late 2026. Rates are shown at checkout.
  • Duties/Taxes: International orders may incur customs duties, VAT, or import fees charged by your local authority. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.
  • Transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

Addresses We Cannot Ship To

  • We currently cannot ship to freight forwarders’ addresses.
  • PO Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO: Some oversized items can’t be delivered to these addresses—if that’s the case, we’ll reach out for a physical address.

Split Shipments

  • To get your items to you faster, we may ship your order in multiple packages at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Pre-Orders & Backorders

  • Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately. If you prefer everything together, leave a note at checkout (this may delay delivery).

Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged)

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and item. We’ll make it right.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days (U.S.) / 14 business days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • Incorrect/insufficient address: If a package is returned to us, we can reship to a corrected address; reship fees may apply.
  • When reporting a damaged item, please provide:

·          Description of the problem

·          Photos of the damaged item(s)

·          Photos of the packaging (exterior and interior)

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • We start processing quickly. If you need to update your address or cancel, email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once shipped, we’re unable to reroute packages.

Eco-Friendly Packaging

  • Whenever possible, we use recyclable or recycled materials to reduce waste—without compromising protection for your artwork.

Non-Refundable Shipping

  • Paid shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
