Official Rules / T&Cs

The Official Rules:

  1. Sponsor: CaliCuration LLC
  2. U.S. residents only, 18+
  3. No purchase necessary
  4. One entry per person
  5. Skill-based contest; no random drawing
  6. Contest start and closing dates/times
  7. Requirement to upload an original photograph of the entrant's wall
  8. Submission of the required story/contact information through the official CaliCuration entry form
  9. Published 40% / 35% / 25% judging criteria
  10. Two selected entries
  11. One artwork per selected space
  12. Maximum artwork size of 24" × 36"
  13. Final artwork, material and size selected in consultation with CaliCuration and subject to CaliCuration's final discretion
  14. Maximum approximate retail value (ARV), to be confirmed before launch
  15. No cash substitution, store credit or transfer
  16. Selected entrant verification
  17. Requirement for two installed photographs + one video
  18. 30-day content submission period
  19. CaliCuration's perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, edit, reproduce and publish the resulting photos/video for marketing and advertising
  20. Permission to publish first name + last initial + city/state
  21. Rights and originality requirements for submitted content
  22. Privacy provisions
  23. Optional/separate email marketing consent
  24. Disqualification provisions
  25. Ability to move to the next highest-rated entry if a selected entrant does not qualify, respond or accept the requirements
  26. General cancellation/modification provisions
  27. Applicable federal, state and local laws
  28. Confirmation that Meta, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and TikTok do not sponsor, endorse or administer the project
