We partner with Gelato to produce and ship our products. This policy reflects their terms, which we follow.
Quality Guarantee & Defects
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Report it within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the issue.
We’ll review with Gelato and either:
- Send a replacement free of charge, or
- Issue a refund if replacement isn’t possible.
Note: Slight color variations between screen and print aren’t considered defects unless there’s a clear printing error.
Returns & Exchanges
Because products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for “changed mind” purchases.
We do support:
Lost packages: report within 30 days of estimated delivery.
Returned to sender: if unclaimed or sent back due to wrong address, you may reorder. Shipping costs may apply.
Time Frames & Conditions
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be returned (if required) in their original condition unless defective.
Refunds or replacements are the sole remedies available.
Exceptions
Issues caused by poor quality images uploaded by the customer may not be covered.
Non-personalized products (if any) may qualify for cancellation/return within 14 days of receipt.
How to Submit a Claim
Email us at info@calicuration.com within 30 days. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos if relevant
We’ll work with Gelato to resolve the claim quickly.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in Gelato’s terms.
