Something Beautiful Is Coming: Introducing the Wall Art Impact Fund - CaliCuration

Because emotional beauty on your walls should ripple into the real world, too.

There’s a moment we hear a lot from you:
That split second when you walk past a print, coffee in hand, and it hits you with a little “I remember that light / that beach / that feeling.”

That’s the magic we built CaliCuration on — emotional beauty through visuals, tiny escape windows on your wall, a bit of harmony in a world that doesn’t always feel very harmonious.

But if we’re honest, we’ve always felt our purpose can be bigger than just creating beautiful inspiration, but take that feeling further There are a lot of folks who don’t get to worry about wall art because they’re busy worrying about basics:  rent, food, mental bandwidth, overall stability and simple dignity.

So today, we’re finally in a place to share what we have been building while we are getting the business off the ground:

In 2026 CaliCuration is launching the Wall Art Impact Fund — and we couldn’t be more excited (and a little emotional) about it.

Why we’re doing this now

From the beginning, CaliCuration has been about feelings as much as photography:

  • The soft glow of Venice at blue hour
  • The hush of a winter beach
  • The buzz of a city night through a window

Those images can genuinely shift a room’s energy. But while we’ve been building this universe of calm and color, we’ve also been keenly aware that not everyone has the luxury of “vibe-curating” their home.

Some people are trying to hold their lives together in situations that are anything but curated:

  • Housing insecurity
  • Chronic financial stress
  • Emotional burnout
  • Environments that feel the opposite of safe

We kept coming back to the same thought:

If our work brings harmony into already-stable spaces, can it somehow help bring a bit of stability and dignity to the people who don’t have that yet?

The Wall Art Impact Fund is our path and vessel to get there.

What is the Wall Art Impact Fund?

Think of it as the bridge between what you see on your wall and what someone else feels in their everyday life.

The Wall Art Impact Fund is our new give-back program that will:

  • Take a portion of every CaliCuration order
  • Pool it into a dedicated impact fund
  • Direct it toward everyday essentials and support for people who are not in a safe place — economically or emotionally

We’re not interested in vague promises or feel-good fluff. We want this to be simple, transparent, and genuinely useful to the people it touches.

Ultimately, the goal is to build a dedicated AI powered donation portal, which will be directly linked to the website customer experience— where you can instantly help beneficiaries as well as highlight partners we admire.

We’ll share more along the way, but the foundation starts here.

What we’re doing right now: 10% of every sale

We didn’t want to wait for the “perfect” technical setup before we started doing anything.

So while we’re gearing up the full Wall Art Impact Fund and the future portal, we’re starting with something very concrete:

For the time being, we’re giving 10% of each sale to nonprofits in our two home communities — starting in Los Angeles, and one in New York City.

In Los Angeles, that begins with:

  • The Shower of Hope — providing mobile showers and hygiene services across LA to restore dignity and confidence for unhoused neighbors who otherwise have no access to basic hygiene. The Shower of Hope+1
  • MEND (Meet Each Need with Dignity) — one of the region’s leading anti-poverty organizations, meeting immediate basic needs like food, clothing, and essentials while helping families build the capacity to thrive long-term. mendpoverty.org+2mendpoverty.org+2

And in New York City, our first partner is:

For now this means:

  • Every print, frame, or piece you buy now already sends money out into the world.
  • We’ll be making regular donations and keeping track of them in a simple Impact Log.- because transparency is key.
  • As we go, we’ll share which organizations we’ve supported, why we chose them, and what your purchases helped make possible.

This is our “Day 1” pre- version of the Wall Art Impact Fund — a way to start moving money where it’s needed now, while we build the longer-term structure (and, eventually, that AI-powered direct donation layer) to support more partners in the future.

For now, we just wanted to let you in on what’s coming — because you’re not just “customers” for us. You’re the reason we’re able to turn photography into something more than pixels and paper.

Thanks for loving visual harmony as much as we do.
And thank you in advance for helping us extend that feeling to the people who need it most, and to help champion a new era of giving back solutions.

More soon.
With love (and a 'NICE" Holiday Cali glow),
CaliCuration
